No, of course not! The Dailyread is there for the world to see, but it’s a good idea to sign up to the mailing list so you’ll never miss out on awesome Dailyreads! Plus, who wouldn’t like to start their day with an email telling them about amazing deals! If you do opt to sign up, the process is simple - all we really need is a name and an email address.
3. How do I get the Dailyread on offer?

5. I purchased the Dailyread, when will I get it?
Your order should be received within 5 working days. However, if you place an order over the weekend or on a public holiday, it won’t be processed until the next working day, and if you live at a rural or South Island address, allow a few extra days for delivery
6. Can my order be traced?
Yes - on your receipt, there will be a link for you to track your Dailyread. Once your order has left us you’ll be able to track it as it makes its way to you!
7. Do you deliver to PO Boxes?
No we don’t, sorry. New Zealand Couriers require signatures for all deliveries.
8. Are all your products new?
Yes! They even come with that wonderful new book smell!
9. Is Dailyread safe to trust with my credit card info and personal information?
Dailyread is 100% safe - your credit card number is transmitted by SSL directly to a secure electronic vault. At no time is your credit card information stored on our servers or shared with anyone
10. Can I use my Dailydo account on Dailyread?
Absolutely!
11. Do you ever remove posts from the comments page?
We’ll only remove comments if someone is making personal attacks or engaging in other forms of trolling.
12. What is your returns policy?
Returns and refunds are handled on a case-by case basis. If you have a problem, contact our customer services team at theteam@dailydo.co.nz or 09-4444525.
Unless there is something wrong with the goods, we are generally unable to provide a refund. If there is something wrong, you’ll need to send the item back to us. Think of us as a normal shop, if you have a problem, you take it back to the store – we run on the same principle, so shipping is at your cost. We won’t necessarily refund the item unless we are unable to replace it – this is as per our obligations under the Consumer Guarantees Act. We won’t take goods back for “buyer’s remorse” – if you change your mind, there’s no guarantee sorry.
